Vincent Lee
Vincent started coaching students in Math as a private tutor and gradually expanded his teaching experience to various institutions over a career of 30 years. He enjoys teaching math from upper elementary to high school. He graduates from University of Washington-Nanyang Technological University with a Dean’s List in Technology Entrepreneurship (post-grad Dip) and had earned his CFA in 2002. Due to his methodical guidance, more than 90% of his students have been placed in accelerated math pathways during middle/high schools.
Li Maen Tan
Li Maen is an experienced teacher, specializing in elementary school Math and English. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she has taught students from several countries including United States, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Li Maen is passionate about creating engaging and motivating lessons that help her students learn and succeed.
Li Maen received her bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, where she gained a solid foundation in mathematics and finance. She was later awarded a scholarship to pursue her postgraduate studies in University of Washington, Seattle, where she further honed her teaching skills and expertise. Outside of the classroom, Li Maen loves to practice Taichi and Chinese calligraphy in her spare time. She believes that practicing these ancient Chinese arts helps to center her and bring a sense of balance to her life.
Sherlynn Choi
With over two decades of experience in teaching math to first through sixth grade students, Lynn has extensive experience in a variety of settings, including classroom, one-on-one, and online teaching. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, which has equipped her with the necessary knowledge and skills to teach elementary mathematics effectively. Her passion lies in making math easy for her students to comprehend.
